The small flow valve is used in the hot-rolled descaling system of iron and steel enterprises. The medium is water and the working temperature is less than or equal to 100 ℃ on the pipeline; it mainly protects the normal operation of the water pump. The valve can only be fully open or fully closed when in use.

Working principle

The small flow valve is generally installed on the branch pipe of the water pump outlet. When the water pump is running normally, the small flow valve is closed when the outer pipe supplies water. When the water pump does not supply water to the outside during normal operation, the pump is not stopped. The small flow valve is controlled by one of the three methods of temperature, pressure, and interlocking with the outlet valve to open and close, and a part of the small flow of high-temperature water is discharged. Prevent cavitation of the pump and ensure the normal and continuous operation of the pump.

Working mode

1. The high-pressure descaling water (PN25MPa) in the rolling mill is controlled by temperature. The descaling water is opened at 50 ℃ and closed at 40 ℃.

2, for the general pump is the use of the pump outlet pressure to control, in the pump outlet of the main installation pressure switch, when the pressure exceeds a set value (according to the site, set by the designer), small flow valve open; When the pressure is lower than a set value, small flow valve off. The pressure of the normal operation of the pump fluctuates greatly with the pressure when the water is supplied to the outside and when the water is not supplied. The design value of the small flow valve can be set by the design institute personnel.

3. Interlock the switch of the small flow valve with the main valve that supplies water to the outside world. When the water is supplied to the outside, the main valve is opened and the small flow valve is closed. On the contrary, if the water is not supplied to the outside, the main valve is closed and the flow valve is opened.
