To further enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' cultural and spiritual lives, Sichuan Shengda Pump Industry Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently organized a four-day team-building trip to the Jiuzhaigou and Western Sichuan loop line for all employees. From the "fairyland" Jiuzhaigou to the "Yaochi of the world" Huanglong, from Chuanzhusi Temple to the ancient Qiang city, everyone relaxed their bodies and minds amidst the natural wonders, drawing strength from the profound cultural feast, and together wrote an unforgettable chapter of "unity and progress, Jiuzhaigou wonderland showcasing our passion."

The team's first stop was Jiuzhaigou. The morning sun pierced through the mist, and the sparkling waves of Jianzhuhai and the roar of the Nuorilang Waterfall intertwined into a natural symphony. Everyone strolled along the boardwalk, marveling at the vibrant colors of the Wuhuahai Lake as the light shifted, and experiencing the majestic power of the Pearl Beach Waterfall as the water crashed against the rocks. Along the way, everyone spontaneously formed "mutual assistance groups" to share the burdens of their slightly weaker colleagues, and the team members' tacit cooperation in the mountains and rivers grew even deeper.

Leaving Jiuzhaigou, the team headed to Huanglong. Even encountering rainy weather and facing the challenge of a 3500-meter altitude, everyone still encouraged each other and proceeded in batches, finally reaching Wucai Pool successfully. Standing before the colorful travertine pools, watching the clear water refract brilliant colors in the sunlight, everyone exclaimed: "Just like our team, each member has a unique brilliance, and only when we come together can we create the most beautiful scenery." Afterwards, everyone went deep into the Tibetan village. At the bonfire party that night, Tibetan and Qiang people danced the Guozhuang dance hand-in-hand with the company employees, different cultures blending together in laughter and joy, and the team's cohesion subtly rising through interaction.

During the trip, everyone also immersed themselves in the profound cultural heritage of the ancient Qiang city in Maoxian County, deeply understanding the immense weight of the word "unity" in the ancient legend of "unity is strength."

This team-building activity not only allowed everyone to appreciate the natural beauty and profound cultural charm of Western Sichuan, but also fostered a team spirit of "mutual assistance, inclusiveness, and progress" during the journey.
