　　To further strengthen team cohesion and enrich employees' spiritual and cultural lives, Sichuan Shengda Pump Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recently organized a four-day team-building trip along the Jiuzhaigou-Chuanxi Loop for all its employees. From the "Fairyland on Earth," Jiuzhaigou, to the "Jade Pool of the Mortal World," Huanglong, and from Chuanzhu Temple to the ancient Qiang Town, participants rejuvenated their minds and bodies amidst breathtaking natural wonders, while drawing inspiration from the region's profound cultural heritage. Together, they penned an unforgettable chapter titled "Uniting Hearts and Energies to Move Forward—Unleashing Passion in Jiuzhaigou’s Fairyland."

　　The team arrived at Jiuzhaigou for their first stop. As the morning sunlight pierced through the delicate mist, the shimmering ripples of Arrow Bamboo Sea mingled with the thunderous roar of Nuorilang Waterfall, creating a natural symphony. Everyone strolled leisurely along the boardwalk, marveling at the vibrant hues of Wuhua Sea as its waters shifted and danced with the play of light. Meanwhile, at Pearl Beach Waterfall, they felt the awe-inspiring power of water crashing against the rugged rocks. Along the way, members spontaneously formed "mutual aid groups," sharing each other's backpacks to ease the burden on colleagues who were feeling a bit weaker. As a result, the team’s seamless coordination amidst the breathtaking scenery grew even stronger.

　　Leaving Jiuzhaigou, the team headed to Huanglong. Despite the rainy weather and the challenge of navigating at an altitude of 3,500 meters, everyone encouraged one another and moved forward in stages—eventually, the entire group successfully reached the Colorful Pools. Standing before the calcified pools, they watched as the crystal-clear water shimmered under the sunlight, reflecting dazzling hues. Moved by the scene, one team member remarked: "Just like our team, each member shines with a unique brilliance; only when we come together can we create the most breathtaking landscape." Later, the group ventured deeper into a Tibetan village, where, during the evening’s bonfire gathering, Tibetan and Qiang locals joined hands with company employees to dance the Guozhuang—a joyful celebration that seamlessly blended cultures amid laughter and camaraderie. As interactions unfolded, the team’s sense of unity quietly deepened, strengthening their bond even further.

　　During the trip, everyone fully immersed themselves in the rich cultural heritage of the Qiang people at the Ancient Qiang Town in Maoxian County, deeply appreciating the profound significance of the word "unity" as they explored the ancient legend of "United as One."

This team-building activity not only allowed everyone to fully appreciate the natural beauty of western Sichuan and deeply experience its rich cultural charm, but also fostered a strong sense of teamwork—characterized by mutual support, inclusiveness, and shared determination—throughout the journey. Employees enthusiastically expressed that they would carry this newfound unity and resilience back to their workplaces, approaching their tasks with even greater enthusiasm and working together to contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
